Abakos Chat is the consumer demand engine, the same idea as Akash Chat: open models, a familiar interface, no login required and no crypto knowledge needed. Underneath, every conversation draws on the same Console rails used by developers, with ABA settlement.
User experience

A familiar chat UI: switch models mid-conversation, toggle a privacy mode, no account required to try it. Console sessions, ABA escrow and settlement underneath. Open models only, no false claims about GPT or Claude availability. Card billing for Chat users is a later layer; MVP settlement stays ABA.

Why there's no "waiting for a provider"
Every message is auto-matched to the cheapest active, sufficiently-reliable provider serving the model you picked, the instant it is sent. Providers do not browse and accept chat messages; they list capacity once and stay active. That is the only way a live chat product works on a marketplace at all.
Doesn't a different GPU each message break the conversation?
No, by design. Abakos Chat keeps your conversation on our side, not inside any one provider's machine, so any qualified provider can serve any message without losing context. Full design in the technical docs (spec-session-continuity.md). Planned, not live yet.
